摘要
目的:分析宣痹汤加味联合常规西药治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年2月北京市瑞丽江畔社区卫生服务站收治的80例慢性咽炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用宣痹汤加味治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007)。治疗后,两组咽部症状评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组咽喉肿痛、咳痰、咽喉充血喉咙异特感消退时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组血清C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣痹汤加味联合常规西药治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果显著,可缓解临床症状,减轻炎性反应。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Xuanbi Decoction combined with conventional western medicine on chronic pharyngitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic pharyngitis treated in Beijing Ruili Riverside Community Health Service Station from August 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Xuanbi Decoction.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.007).After treatment,the pharyngeal symptom scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The regression time of sore throat,phlegm,congestion and foreign body sensation throat in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanbi Decoction combined with conventional western medicine has remarkable clinical effect on chronic pharyngitis,which can relieve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction.
