摘要
采用高温铝液专用激光液位计配合步进电机与杠杆机构实现液位的自动控制。由于铝液存储槽的下流口孔口较大,通过锥形塞控制其开度的难度较大,锥形塞的向上或向下的微小变化,会导致流量变化很大,常规PID算法无法实现有效控制。根据步进电机的特性采用变参数增量PI控制算法,通过增量控制算法来控制步进电机正转(或反转),增量控制算法的优劣直接影响着浇铸铝液契口的铝液位控制效果。
In this paper,high-temperature aluminum special laser liquid level meter with stepping motor and lever mechanism to achieve automatic control of liquid level.It is difficult to control the opening by taper plug because of the large down-flow orifice of the aluminum storage tank,the small change of the taper plug up or down,and the great change of the flow rate,so the conventional PID algorithm can not realize the effective control.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the stepping motor using variable parameter incremental PI control algorithm,through the incremental control algorithm to control the step motor forward(or reverse),the increment control algorithm has a direct effect on the level control effect of the aluminum liquid gate.
