河北省农业高质量发展水平测度及障碍因子诊断分析

摘要 为研究河北省农业高质量发展水平及其阻碍因素,采用灰色关联TOPSIS(逼近理想解排序)法、障碍因子诊断模型对河北省2010—2019年农业发展情况进行分析。结果发现:2010—2019年,河北省农业高质量发展综合水平总体呈上升趋势,但发展质量相对全国不高;农业创新发展是当前河北省农业高质量发展的最大短板;可持续发展、农用机械普及和农业种植结构成为制约河北省农业高质量发展的主要因素。最后基于研究结果及现状提出相关对策建议。 In order to study the level of high-quality agricultural development and its obstacles in Hebei Province,the grey correlation TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution)method and obstacle factor diagnostic model were used to analyze the agricultural development situation in Hebei Province from 2010 to 2019.The results show that from 2010 to 2019,the comprehensive level of high-quality agricultural development in Hebei Province showed an overall upward trend,but the development quality was relatively low compared to the whole country.Agricultural innovative development is the biggest weakness of high-quality agricultural development in Hebei Province.Sustainable development,popularization of agricultural machinery,and agricultural planting structure have become the main factors restricting the high-quality development of agriculture in Hebei Province.Finally,based on the research results and current situation,policy recommendations are proposed.
