代谢组学技术在母牛围产期营养代谢病研究中的应用

摘要 动物机体为维持生命的正常运转会产生各种代谢产物,使用代谢组学技术对机体代谢产物进行检测,通过对代谢产物水平的变化情况进行分析,能够准确、直接反映动物机体所处的生理状态变化。母牛围产期营养代谢病一直是影响母牛生产性能的重要疾病之一,因此受到畜禽业从业者及科研工作者的广泛关注。通过使用代谢组学技术对从围产期母牛身上所获取的体液、组织等样本进行研究,关注其中含量发生显著变化的代谢产物及相关代谢通路,从而更加全面地了解母牛围产期机体代谢物、代谢途径的改变,以及营养代谢病发生发展进程。综述了代谢组学技术在母牛围产期机体代谢物变化规律和营养代谢病研究中的应用,基于代谢组学深入研究围产期前后不同阶段不同样本中代谢物水平的变化,更好地了解疾病发病机制,以识别患病奶牛和健康奶牛之间的差异代谢物,从而为启动预防措施提供关键信息。 Various metabolites produced by animal body in order to maintain the normal operation of life,metabolomics technology can be used to detect metabolites and analyze the changes in the level of metabolites,which can accurately and directly reflect the changes in the physiological state of animal body.Perinatal nutritional metabolic disease of cows is one of the important diseases affecting the production performance of cows,so it has been widely concerned by livestock and poultry practitioners and scientific researchers.Metabolomics technology was used to study body fluid and tissue samples obtained from perinatal cows,focusing on metabolites with significant changes in content and related metabolic pathways,so as to more comprehensively understand the changes of metabolites and metabolic pathways and the occurrence and development of nutritional metabolic diseases in cows during perinatal period.This paper reviewed the application of metabolomics technology in the study of metabolite changes and nutritional metabolic diseases in cows during the perinatal period,with a view to further studying the changes of metabolite levels in different samples at different stages before and after the perinatal period based on metabolomics,better understanding the pathogenesis of diseases,and identifying the differences in metabolites between diseased and healthy cows.Thus providing critical information to initiate preventive measures.
