双面胶带用淋膜原纸层间结合力的影响因素及控制

摘要 简要叙述了淋膜纸的结构,并对双面胶带用淋膜原纸层间结合力的影响因素进行了分析,通过生产过程控制的调整,建议提高表面氧化淀粉用量到50 kg/t纸,提高压榨部压力,选用高取代度的木薯阳离子淀粉代替玉米阳离子淀粉作为干强剂,并配合长纤维分丝帚化,可以提升层间结合力,达到最优的组合方案。 The structure of film coated paper is described and and influencing factors of interlayer bonding force were analyzed in this paper.It is suggested to increase the amount of oxidized starch up to 50kg/t and lift press pressure.Cassava cationic starch with high substitution degree combined with long fiber splitting broom was used as dry strength agent instead of corn cationic starch.The interlayer bonding force is improved and the customer requirements are met.
