摘要
随着我国科技期刊的蓬勃发展,对高质量稿源、学术话语权的竞争愈加激烈,拥有一支高效且尽职的青年编委队伍是期刊可持续发展的一大优势,但这一优势的保持取决于编辑部与青年编委间的有效互动,只有青年编委对科技期刊产生认同感和归属感,才能提高青年编委参与办刊工作的积极性,从而推动期刊可持续发展。《工业水处理》编辑部通过借鉴他刊经验,分析了青年编委会现存问题,提出了实行动态管理制度、按学科分组管理、打造青年编委特色专栏、建立激励机制和提供更优质的服务5项策略,增强科技期刊编辑部与青年编委间的有效互动,取得双赢互利的实效。
With the flourishing development of Chinese sci-tech journals,the competition for high-quality manuscript sources and academic discourse power is increasingly fierce.An efficient and conscientious young editorial board member team is a major advantage for the sustainable development of journals.However,the maintenance of this advantage depends on effective interaction between the editorial department and young editorial board members.Only when young editorial board members have a sense of identity and belonging to sci-tech journals,can they give full play to their enthusiasm to participate in the journal work and promote the sustainable development of journals.Taking Industrial Water Treatment as an example and referring to the experience of other journals,the existing problems of the youth editorial board are analyzed,and five strategies to enhance the effective interaction between the editorial department and the youth editorial board members are put forward,including implementing dynamic management system,grouping management according to disciplines,creating special columns of the youth editorial board members,setting up incentive mechanism,and providing better services in order to facilitate communication and exchange,and achieve win-win results.
