摘要
我国是工业大国,钢铁、冶金、电石、炼化等行业生产过程中副产大量富含CO的工业尾气,而目前国内相关行业工业尾气主要用于燃烧加热或发电,利用方式比较单一,CO_(2)排放量巨大。将工业尾气中的CO固定转化为高价值化学品是一种重要的碳减排手段。介绍了合成气化学法和合成气生物发酵法制乙醇技术,重点介绍了工业尾气生物发酵制乙醇技术原理及其工业化应用,并展望了该技术的发展方向及拓展应用前景。
China is a major industrial country.In the production process of steel,metallurgy,calcium carbide,refining,and other industries,a large number of industrial exhaust gases rich in CO,as by-products,are produced.While the industrial exhaust gases of relevant industries in China are mainly used for combustion heating or power generation,and the utilization mode is relatively simple,meanwhile the CO_(2) emission is huge.Therefore,fixing CO from industrial exhaust gases into high-value chemicals is an important means of carbon reduction.In this paper,we introduce the ethanol production technologies through a chemical method and biofermentation methol from syngas,and highlight the technical principle and industrial application of ethanol production technology through biofermentation of industrial exhaust gas.Moreover,we put forward prospects in the development direction and application prospect of this technology.
