摘要
密封油内渗导致转子匝间绝缘劣化,是转子匝间短路故障的主要原因之一。某台1050 MW汽轮发电机在运行状态和极间电压试验均无异常的情况下,通过分析重复脉冲试验结果,判断转子绕组已存在由密封油内渗导致的转子匝间绝缘劣化问题;拔出转子护环,发现转子端部绕组区域存在大量密封油内渗现象,同时转子匝间绝缘未发生金属性短路;对匝间绝缘劣化的机理进行了阐述并给出了检修策略,以避免类似问题的再次发生。
The sealing oil internal leakage leads to the degradation of generator rotor inter-turn insulation,which is one of the main reasons for rotor inter-turn short circuit faults.In this paper,a 1050 MW steam turbine generator is taken as an example,and there is no abnormality in its operating state and interpolar voltage test,it was judged that the rotor winding had multi-point inter-turn insulation deterioration caused by sealing oil infiltration by analyzing the results of repeated pulse tests.When the rotor retainer ring was pulled out,it found that there was a large amount of sealing oil infiltration in the winding area at the end of the rotor,and there was no metallic short circuit in the insulation between the rotor turns;the mechanism of inter turn insulation degradation was explained and maintenance strategies were provided to avoid similar problems from happening again.
