摘要
通过问卷调查和访谈、实地走访等方式对长沙市及周边地区55所托育机构管理者、教师及0~3岁婴幼儿家长、婴幼儿托育服务与管理的毕业生和在校生进行调研。结果显示,婴幼儿照护服务供给严重不足,专业高素质的托育机构从业人员缺乏。结合调研结果,提出培养婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业人才、构建课程体系的策略与建议。
The managers,teachers,parents of 0-3 years old infants,graduates and students of infant care services and management major from 55 infant care institutions in Changsha city and its surrounding areas were investigated through questionnaires,interviews and field visits.The results reveal that the supply of infant care services is seriously insufficient,and there is a lack of professional and high-quality personnel in childcare institutions.Combined with the research results,the paper proposes the strategies and suggestions for cultivating professional personnel of infant care service and management and constructing curriculum system.
