摘要
将SWOT分析法应用于高校养老服务人才供给的内外环境剖析中,了解其面临的内部优势和劣势、外部机会和威胁。在此基础上,立足高校养老服务人才供给的相关主体协同视角,从政校、行校、校校、校企联动4个方面提出优化策略,以期为优化高校养老服务人才供给提供一定参考。
The SWOT analysis method is applied to the analysis of the internal and external environment of the supply of old-age service personnel in colleges and universities to make certain the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats.According to it,based on the perspective of the relevant subjects of the supply of old-age service personnel in colleges and universities,this paper proposes optimization strategies from four aspects:Government sector—school,Institution-school,School-school and School-enterprise linkage,in order to provide some reference for optimizing the supply of old-age service personnel in colleges and universities.
