摘要
目的:通过数据挖掘,对内蒙古包头市中心医院收治的新型冠状病毒感染者的用药处方进行总结与分析。方法:运用中医传承计算平台3.0分析中药频次、四气、五味、归经、功效等,并进行聚类分析及关联规则分析,用Cytoscape实现复杂网络可视化,SPSS Statistics 26.0统计软件进行因子分析。结果:纳入113个处方,共有中药128味,累积频数为1 525次,以甘草、柴胡、广藿香、生姜、白术使用频次最多;药物功效以补虚类、解表类、清热类为主;药物四气五味以温性、寒性居多,苦、辛、甘为主,多归肺、脾、胃经,核心药对有甘草-柴胡、甘草-广藿香、柴胡-黄芩等;聚类分析得到3个核心处方;共提取7个公因子,因子累计贡献率为77.598%。结论:新型冠状病毒感染各阶段的治疗都有补益治则的体现,根据个体症状的不同,配合使用补阴、健脾、益气的方药以扶助正气,增强人体免疫力,加速康复。
Objective:To summarize and analyze the drug prescription of the COVID-19 infected person admitted to Baotou Central Hospital in Inner Mongolia through data mining.Methods:The TCM inheritance computing platform 3.0 was used to analyze the frequency,four Qi(四气),five flavors(五味),Guijing(归经),efficacy,etc.,cluster analysis and association rule analysis were carried out,the complex network visualization was realized by Cytoscape,and the factor analysis was performed by SPSS Statistics 26.0 statistical software.Results:A total of 113 prescriptions were included,with 128 kinds of TCM medicines,and the cumulative frequency was 1525 times,with Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Guanghuoxiang(Herba Pogostemonis),Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens)and Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae)used most frequently.The four Qi and five flavors of the drug are mostly warm,cold,bitter,pungent and sweet,mostly classified as lung,spleen and stomach meridians,and the core medicine combinations are Gancao-Chaihu,Gancao-Guanghuoxiang,Chaihu-Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),etc.Three core prescriptions were obtained by the cluster analysis.A total of 7 common factors were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate of factor was 77.598%.Conclusion:The treatment of the COVID-19 at all stages has the manifestations of nourishing.According to the different individual symptoms,the prescriptions to nourish Yin(阴),strengthen the spleen,and nourish the Qi are used to help the righteous Qi,enhance the immunity of the human body,and accelerate the recovery of the patients.
