不同树脂的龈壁提升术对高嵌体边缘适合性的影响

摘要 目的评估不同树脂进行邻面龈壁提升术时,对高嵌体边缘适合性的影响。方法收集符合纳入标准的24颗离体第三磨牙。进行完善的根管治疗后,标准的高嵌体牙体制备,近远中邻面龈壁位于釉牙骨质界下2 mm,颊舌向宽度为3 mm,深度为2 mm。随机均分为3组,A组作为对照组,不进行树脂龈壁提升术;B组采用登士柏SDR提升龈壁2 mm;C组用3M Filtek Z350XT流体树脂和Filtek^(TM)P60树脂龈壁提升2 mm。流体树脂优化洞形,光学印模,制作并粘接IPS E-max Press高嵌体。场发射扫描电镜下评估样本龈壁边缘适合性,运用SPSS 26.0统计软件,采用Fisher确切概率法对数据进行统计学分析。结果3组的高嵌体修复龈壁边缘适合性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根管治疗后牙体进行高嵌体修复时,不同树脂提升波及釉牙骨质界下邻面缺损的龈壁均取得理想的边缘适合性。 Objective To evaluate the effect on marginal adaption of deep margine elevation with different composition resins for onlays.Methods Twenty four extracted third molars conforming to the inclusion criteria were collected.After root canal treatment,the teeth received standardized onlay preparation,the proximal and distal gingival wall was located 2 mm below the cemento-enamel junction,the buccal-lingual width was 3 mm,and the depth was 2 mm.They were randomly seperated into 3 groups.Group A:as the control group,margine was not performed.Group B:deep margine were elevated by 2 mm with Dentsply SDR.Group C:deep margine was elevated up to 2 mm with 3M Filtek Z350XT flowable resin and Filtek^(TM)P60 composition.Cavity shape was optimized with flowable resin,followed by optical impression,IPS E-max Press porcelain onlays were manufactureed and luted IPS E-max Press onlays.The maginal adaption was observed and recorded under scanning electron microscopy,and the data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 26.0 by Fisher’exact test.Results No significant differences were found in the marginal adaptation of the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion After root canal therapy,the marginal adaptation of deep margine elevation with different composite resins performed similarly in terms of onlay restorations.
