摘要
党的二十大报告深刻阐述了中国式现代化的中国特色、本质要求、重大原则。中国式现代化创造了人类文明新形态,是马克思主义中国化时代化的最新成果。中国式现代化是中国营造良好外部发展环境的重要资源,需特别重视其国际传播。金砖国家作为发展中国家和新兴市场国家的代表,正在探索适合自身的发展道路,中国式现代化为金砖国家的发展提供了新的选项,具有积极的政治、文化、外交等方面的实践意义。金砖国家普遍认识到中国式现代化展现了中国共产党的优秀成果与成功经验、中华文化的影响力、中国发展理念深入人心、中国走和平发展道路的意愿。但当前的国际传播也面临一些现实困境,未来中国应从传播环境、内容、方式、人才培养等方面入手,提升传播效能,在国际社会树立更加可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象。
The report to the Party’s 20th National Congress profoundly elaborates on the Chinese characteristics,essential requirements,and major principles of Chinese modernization.Chinese modernization has created a new form of human civilization,being a latest fruit of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times.Chinese modernization prepares an important resource for China to create a good external development environment,and special attention should be paid to its international dissemination.As representatives of developing countries and emerging market economies,BRICS countries are exploring their own development paths.Chinese modernization has provided a new option for the development of BRICS countries and is of positive political,cultural and diplomatic significance.The BRICS countries have generally recognized that Chinese modernization concentratedly embodies the outstanding achievements and successful experience of the CPC,the influence of Chinese culture,the popularity of Chinese development philosophy,and the willingness of China to follow the path of peaceful development.However,the current international dissemination of Chinese path to modernization is also facing some practical difficulties.In the future,China should improve the efficiency of dissemination from the aspects of communication environment,content,methods and personnel training,so as to establish a more credible,lovely and respectable image of China in the international community.
