摘要
目的探讨地牡宁神口服液联合团体音乐治疗对注意缺陷多动障碍患儿临床症状及执行功能的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年12月收入我院的注意缺陷多动障碍患儿87例。采用随机数字表法分为干预组(44例)与常规组(43例),常规组采取地牡宁神口服液治疗,干预组采取地牡宁神口服液联合团体音乐治疗。观察两组患儿临床症状及执行功能。结果干预组临床症状发生率低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组听觉反应控制谨慎商数及听觉反应控制一致性商数高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对注意缺陷多动障碍患儿采取地牡宁神口服液联合团体音乐治疗可明显减少临床症状发生率,显著提高听觉反应,全面改善患儿执行功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Dimu Ningshen oral liquid combined with group music therapy on the clinical symptoms and executive function of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods A total of 87 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divide into the intervention group(44 cases)and the conventional group(43 cases).The conventional group was treated with Dimu Ningshen Oral Liquid,and the intervention group was treated with Dimu Ningshen Oral Liquid plus group music therapy.The clinical symptoms and the executive function of the two groups of children were monitored.Results The incidence of clinical symptoms in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The auditory response control cautious quotient and auditory response control consistency quotient of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,Dimu Ningshen oral liquid combined with group music therapy can significantly reduce the incidence of clinical symptoms,significantly improve auditory response,and comprehensively improve executive function.
