近代建筑修缮加固技术探究——以龙岩赖坊村协成店为例

摘要 我国近代建筑是不可再生的历史文化资源。以保护建筑历史文化为出发点,结合龙岩市保护现状,以龙岩市赖坊村协成店建筑修缮工程为例,进行实地调研总结。结果表明:结构可靠性评估为Ⅱ级,修缮措施为:现状修整。深入分析结构病害特征以及各构造病害特征,并总结病害形成原因。基于一定设计依据与保护利用历史建筑原则,将赖坊村协成店拆分为9个需维修部分,提出相对应的修缮方案,包括近代建筑修缮施工技术要求与施工材料要求。通过应用研究,研拟、实施修缮策略,在设计上保留近代建筑历史文化,为后续相同地区近代砖木结构建筑修缮工程提供参考,实现建筑可持续发展,实现多方面效益。 Modern architecture in China is a non-renewable historical and cultural resource.Based on the existing historical conditions of the architecture of Modern architecture in China,this paper aims to protect the culture of the historic buildings in the Longyan.Taking a building renovation project in the Republic of China in Longyan as an example,this paper makes a field investigation and summary.The results show that the reliability of the structure is evaluated as GradeⅡ,and the repair measures are as follows:current repair.Structural disease characteristics and structural disease characteristics are deeply analyzed,and the causes of disease formation are summarized.Based on certain design basis and the principle of conservation and utilization of historical buildings,the cooperative shop of Lai Fang village is divided into 9 different parts that need to be repaired.The technical requirements and material requirements for building repair in modern architecture in China are put forward.Through the research,the proposal and implementation of the design strategy not only retains the modern architecture in China architectural history and culture in the design,but also provides a reference for the feasibility of the follow-up Brick-and-wood Building Repair Project of the Republic of China in the same area,which can realize the sustainable development of the building and realize various benefits.
