摘要
户外广告规划对于塑造城市形象具有重要意义,以嵊州市中心城区为例,探析了中小城市户外广告规划编制要点以此促进中小城市良好有序城市形象塑造。在剖析嵊州市中心城区户外广告存在全域覆盖、空间异质等现状特征以及空间布局混乱,广告品质较差,系统规划缺乏,艺术整体不足,管理审批复杂,维护保养欠缺等现状问题基础上,从空间-控制-管理3个层面构建了嵊州市中心城区户外广告规划编制框架,并据此提出了因地制宜、分区管制、系统管理的中小城市户外广告规划编制要点,以期为推动城市景观风貌和空间品质的提升提供参考。
Outdoor advertising planning is of great significance to shaping the image of a city.This paper takes the central urban area of Shengzhou as an example to explore the main points of outdoor advertising planning in middle-size and small cities to promote a good and orderly city image building.On the basis of analyzing the current characteristics of outdoor advertising in Shengzhou Central urban area,such as full coverage,spatial heterogeneity,chaotic spatial layout,poor advertising quality,lack of system planning,lack of overall art,complex management approval,lack of maintenance and other current problems,the outdoor advertising planning framework of Shengzhou central urban area is constructed from three levels:space-control-management.Based on this,the paper puts forward the key points of planning and preparation of outdoor advertising in middle-size and small cities according to local conditions,zoning control and system management,in order to provide references for promoting the improvement of urban landscape style and spatial quality.
