基于Android平台的县级自然资源管理系统设计与实现

摘要 针对目前基层自然资源管理部门落后的管理方式问题,本文以云南省昭通市永善县为例,基于其业务需求,依托Runtime Geodatabase的离线数据库,搭建基于Android平台的移动端县级自然资源管理系统。该系统借助移动设备便捷、灵活的优点,使基层管理人员能够在移动设备上随时开展自然资源管理相关工作,已成为永善县开展自然资源管理的重要辅助决策工具。 As to the problems of outdated management methods used by the current grassroots natural resources management departments,Yongshan County of Zhaotong City in Yunnan Province is taken as a case study in this paper,and the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android development kit and Runtime Geodatabase offline database are applied to build the mobile system for countylevel natural resources management based on Android platform.The system is built on the mobile devices carrying all kinds of natural resources data,enabling managers to carry out related natural resources management work on mobile devices at any time,it has become an important decisionmaking tool for Yongshan County in natural resources management.
