摘要
海丝一号(HISEA-1)是国内首颗C波段商业合成孔径雷达(SAR)遥感卫星,具有全天时、全天候观测,能高穿透云雾和空间分辨率高的特点,可广泛应用于受雨、雾天气条件限制下的洪涝灾害监测。2022年7月15日至7月19日,甘肃省环江下游庆城县段发生洪涝灾害,本文利用灾前和灾中的HISEA-1 SAR数据开展环江下游庆城县段洪涝淹没范围监测。首先,基于雷达微波后向散射机理,建立水体和受淹区提取方法;其次,利用该方法提取环江下游庆城县段洪水淹没范围,结合地理国情监测等国土调查数据,分析淹没区域内的农田受灾情况。研究表明,基于HISEA-1 SAR数据的河流洪涝灾害监测具有全面、快速和客观的优势,监测成果为应急抢险工作提供了救援决策依据,在河流洪涝监测方面具有较大的应用价值。
HISEA1 is the first C band commercial SAR remote sensing satellite in China.It has featured with allweather and 24 hours observation,cloud penetration and high spatial resolution,and can be widely used in flood disaster monitoring under rain and foggy conditions.A flood occurred in Qingcheng County,lower reaches of Huanjiang River in Gansu Province from July 15 to July 19,2022.Therefore,this paper uses HISEA1 SAR data before and during the disaster to monitor the flood inundation range in Qingcheng County in the lower reaches of Huanjiang River.Firstly,the extraction method of water bodies and flooded areas have been established based on the radar microwave backscatter mechanism.Then,the method is used to extract the flood inundation range in Qingcheng County in the lower reaches of Huan⁃jiang River,and the disaster of farmland in the inundation range has been analyzed by combining with land use type and other national geographic conditions survey data.The research has shown that the river flood disaster monitoring based on HISEA1 SAR data has such advantages as comprehensive,rapid and objective,and the monitoring results will provide a basis for emergency rescue decisionmaking.The method introduced in this paper will have great application value in river flood monitoring.
