摘要
以K326为供试烤烟品种,以中量元素水溶肥(含镁9%)为供试镁肥,在土壤有效钾镁比值和有效钙镁比值均偏高的富川烟区开展肥效试验,探索增施镁肥(67.50、135.15、270.30 kg/hm^(2))对平衡烟叶营养元素和提高烤烟产质量的效果。结果表明:增施镁肥能够显著提高烤烟的产量与产值,显著提升上部、中部、下部烟叶的镁含量;高水平镁处理(270.30 kg/hm^(2))显著提高了上部烟叶、中部烟叶的氮含量;施镁水平与烟叶磷和钙含量呈负相关关系,增施镁肥显著降低了上部、中部烟叶中的钾含量;与不施镁肥相比,增施镁肥显著降低了烟叶的钾镁比和钙镁比,虽然该植烟区仍处于缺镁状态,但是在一定程度上缓解了烤烟缺镁的严重程度;增施67.50 kg/hm^(2)镁肥的处理提高了烤烟中烟碱、粗蛋白质、总糖、总氮的含量,烟叶品质较佳。因此,综合烤烟经济性状、养分吸收及烟叶产质量考虑,在富川植烟区施用67.50~135.15 kg/hm^(2)的镁肥较为适宜。
With K326 as the test flue-cured tobacco variety and medium element water-soluble fertilizer(containing 9% magnesium)as the test magnesium fertilizer,the fertilizer efficiency test was carried out in the Fuchuan tobacco region where the available K/Mg ratio and available Ca/Mg ratio in soil were high.The effect of magnesium fertilizer application(67.50,135.15,and 270.30 kg/hm^(2))on balancing the nutrient elements of tobacco leaves and improving the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco was explored.The results indicate that magnesium fertilizer application can significantly improve the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco and increase the magnesium content in upper,middle,and lower tobacco leaves.High-level magnesium treatment(270.30 kg/hm^(2))significantly increases the nitrogen content in upper and middle tobacco leaves.There is a negative correlation between magnesium fertilizer application level and phosphorus and calcium content in tobacco leaves.Magnesium fertilizer application significantly reduces the potassium content in upper and middle tobacco leaves.Compared with no magnesium fertilizer application,magnesium fertilizer application significantly reduces the K/Mg ratio and Ca/Mg ratio of tobacco leaves.Although the tobacco planting area is still in a magnesium deficiency state,it has improved the serious situation of magnesium deficiency in flue-cured tobacco to some extent.Applying magnesium fertilizer of 67.50 kg/hm^(2) increases the content of nicotine,crude protein,total sugar,and total nitrogen in flue-cured tobacco,and the quality of tobacco leaves is the best.Therefore,by considering the economic characteristics,nutrient absorption,and leaf yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,it is more suitable to apply magnesium fertilizer of 67.50-135.15 kg/hm^(2) in the Fuchuan tobacco planting area.
