摘要
非物质文化遗产传承了区域传统技艺和文化基因,是稀缺的“活态性”文化资源。合理的旅游开发可以有效提高其自我生存能力,使其摆脱诸多资源濒危的困境,亦是实现非物质文化遗产保护与利用的重要方式。文章在文献研究的基础上,通过对大运河(安徽段)非物质文化遗产资源的类型和特色进行梳理,构建了该区域非物质文化遗产旅游开发价值评价指标体系,将定量和质性研究方法并轨使用,采用层次分析法等工具对资源禀赋条件、区域旅游发展条件、感知体验、效益与保障四项指标及维度内因素权重进行量化,科学预测大运河(安徽段)非物质文化遗产从事旅游开发的潜力和价值。研究结果为大运河(安徽段)及相似区域进行非物质文化遗产资源旅游价值的测度和旅游开发等提供参考。
Intangible cultural heritage inherits regional traditional skills and cultural genes,and is a scarce “living” cultural resource.Tourism development of intangible cultural heritage can effectively improve its self-sustainability and free many resources from the plight of the endangered,which is an important way to realize the protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage.Based on literature research,this paper composes an indicators system for evaluating the value of intangible cultural heritage tourism development in the region by sorting out the types and characteristics of intangible cultural heritage resources in the Grand Canal Anhui Section.In this paper,quantitative and qualitative research methods are used in parallel,and tools such as hierarchical analysis are used to quantify four indicators and the weights of factors within dimensions:resource endowment conditions,regional tourism development conditions,ornamental and experiential,and benefits and security.The results of the study scientifically predict the potential and value of intangible cultural heritage in the region for tourism development.This study provides a theoretical basis for the measurement of tourism value of intangible cultural heritage resources and tourism development in the Grand Canal Anhui section.
