摘要
伴随“公众转向”的持续深化,博物馆由原来的粗放式服务逐渐转变为以个性化、去中心化、实时化、智慧化为导向的精准式服务。大数据范式下,数据挖掘、云计算、海量储存、智能推荐等新技术的发展,虽然为博物馆“全样化”获取观众数据、精准识别观众需求、实现服务的优质化和高效化带来了机遇,但也呈现出理论转化不及时、技术不成熟、制度建设不完善以及安全隐私等规范原则尚待确立等多方面问题。博物馆在观众研究中应用大数据,不能以此取代以往的研究范式,而应将其作为辅助性工具,在以算法挖掘出的数据规律的基础上,回归博物馆学研究的理论体系,解释其本质层面的因果关系,推动应用层的拓展和创新,服务博物馆的未来发展。
Along with the continuous deepening of the"public turn",museums have gradually transformed from extensive service to the precise service oriented by personalization,decentralization,real-time operations,and intelligence.Under the paradigm of big data,the development of new technologies such as data mining,cloud computing,massive storage,and intelligent recommendation provides opportunities for museums to comprehensively obtain visitor data,accurately identify visitor needs,and optimize and streamline services.However,challenges arise in terms of delayed theoretical transformation,immature technologies,inadequate institutional development,and the need to establish norms regarding security and privacy.When applying big data to visitor studies in museums,it should not replace traditional research paradigms but rather serve as an auxiliary tool.Based on the data patterns discovered through algorithms,museums should return to the theoretical framework of museum studies,explain the causal relationships at the essence level,and promote the expansion and innovation of application layers to serve the future development of museums.
