摘要
为探究设计阶段影响装配式建筑成本的关键因素,采取有效措施进行成本控制,以降低装配式建筑成本,促进装配式建筑产业的发展。在识别设计阶段影响装配式建筑成本因素基础上,引入三角模糊数,降低专家打分的主观性,构建模糊DEMATEL-ISM模型,确定影响因素的重要程度与层级关系,通过复杂网络分析对模型进行验证。研究表明,设计人员的专业化水平、构件设计标准化程度、政府的推广与扶持力度、统一的行业标准和规范、政府经济发展政策和规划、信息化技术研发与应用是在设计阶段影响装配式建筑成本的关键因素。基于政府、行业、企业角度提出对策建议,为装配式建筑设计阶段的成本控制提供理论依据。
This research aims to explore the key factors influencing the cost of prefabricated buildings during the design stage and implement effective measures for cost control,reduce the cost of prefabricated buildings and promote the development of the prefabricated building industry.Based on identifying cost factors affecting prefabricated buildings in the design phase,the introduction of triangular fuzzy numbers is employed to reduce the subjectivity of expert ratings.A fuzzy DEMATEL-ISM model is constructed to determine the importance and hierarchical relationships of influencing factors.The model is validated by complex network analysis.The findings indicate that the specialization level of designers,standardization level of component design,government promotion and support efforts,unified industry standards and regulations,government economic development policies and planning,and research and application of information technology are key factors influencing the cost of prefabricated buildings during the design stage.Finally,strategic recommendations are proposed from the perspectives of government,industry,and enterprises,which provides a theoretical basis for cost control in the design phase of prefabricated construction.
