不同温度下黄带犀猎蝽对草地贪夜蛾的捕食能力

The predatory capacity of Sycanus croceovittatus on Spodoptera frugiperda at different temperatures

摘要 【目的】为明确不同温度下黄带犀猎蝽Sycanus croceovittatus对草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的捕食作用。【方法】在15、20、25、30和35℃下分别设置不同密度的草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫供黄带犀猎蝽捕食,观察黄带犀猎蝽2龄、5龄若虫及成虫捕食行为并统计其捕食量,研究不同温度下黄带犀猎蝽对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫的捕食功能反应。【结果】黄带犀猎蝽2龄、5龄若虫及成虫捕食草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫时均用口针拖拽并吸食猎物体液完成取食。黄带犀猎蝽的捕食能力与温度关系密切,15和20℃时黄带犀猎蝽的捕食量较低甚至不捕食。25-35℃范围内,黄带犀猎蝽2龄若虫、5龄若虫和成虫对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫捕食作用符合HollingⅡ功能反应模型。黄带犀猎蝽2龄若虫、5龄若虫、雌成虫和雄成虫在30℃时日最大捕食量达到最大值,分别为12.05、66.67、100.00和52.63头;在30℃时处理时间分别为0.08、0.02、0.01和0.02 d。【结论】黄带犀猎蝽在30℃条件下对草地贪夜蛾捕食能力最强,本研究可为田间草地贪夜蛾的生物防治提供技术支撑。 [Objectives]To determine the effect of temperature on the predation of Sycanus croceovittatus on Spodoptera frugiperda.[Methods]Second and 5th instar nymphs,females and males of S.croceovittatus were allowed to prey on different densities of 2nd instar S.frugiperda larvae at 15,20,25,30 and 35℃.Predation was observed and the amount of prey was calculated to determine the predation function at each temperature.[Results]Predation was significantly affected by temperature;predation was low at 15℃and 20℃,but at 25-35℃predation by 2nd and 5th instar S.croceovittatus nymphs,and by adults approximated the HollingⅡfunctional response model.Maximum predation by 2nd and 5th instar nymphs and adult females and males(12.05,66.67,100.00,and 52.63,respectively,handling time 0.08,0.02,0.01 and 0.02 d)were observed at 30℃.[Conclusion]The highest level of predation by S.croceovittatus on S.frugiperda was observed at 30℃.
