摘要
依据ISO 1143—2021《金属材料旋转棒弯曲疲劳试验》和GB/T 4337—2015《金属材料疲劳试验旋转弯曲方法对旋转弯曲疲劳试验机校验方法》的要求,提出一种应变法测量评定旋转弯曲疲劳试验机的方法。采用贴有电阻应变片的金属试样进行加载试验,通过应变采集系统记录试验数据,从而测量出弯矩,并建立了评定程序。通过电阻应变片的布置,组成全桥结构,提高了测量的灵敏度。采用3种不同尺寸的应变试样,分别在两种不同类型的旋转弯曲疲劳试验机上进行加载试验,试验结果符合标准要求。最后,进行了不确定度的评定和应变法溯源方法的研究。试验证明该方法能快速、方便、准确地测量出弯矩,具有很高的实用性。
According to the requirements of ISO 1143 Metallic materials-Rotating bar bending fatigue testing and GB/T 4337 Metallic materials-Fatigue testing-Rotating bar bending method for strain calibration of rotating bar bending fatigue testing machines,a strain measurement evaluation method for rotating bar bending fatigue testing machine was proposed.The metal specimens with resistance strain gauges were used for loading tests.The test data were recorded through a strain collection system to measure the bending moment,and the evaluation program was established.The arrangement of resistance strain gauges formed a full bridge structure,which improved the sensitivity of measurement.Three different sizes of strain specimens were used to conduct loading tests on two different types of rotating bar bending fatigue testing machines and the test results could meet the requirements of the standard.Finally,the evaluation of uncertainty and the study of strain method traceability methods were conducted.The experiment proved that this method could measure the bending moment quickly,conveniently and accurately,and the practicality was high.
