摘要
针对现有文件对高校档案“三合一”制度的编制、落实缺乏针对性的问题,用扎根理论结合半结构化访谈,探析影响高校档案管理制度发挥作用的因素及高校档案工作相关人员对于“三合一”制度编制与落实的优化需求,进而从达成广泛共识、减轻工作负担、增强档案意识、提高档案地位四个方面给出“三合一”制度背景下高校档案工作质效提升的具体路径。
In view of the fact that existing documents lack targeted guidance on the establishment and implementation of the"three-in-one" system, Grounded Theory and semi-structured interviews are used to analyze the factors that affect the role ofuniversity archives management system and the optimization needs of relevant personnel of university archives work for theestablishment and implementation of the "three-in-one" system. And then the paper gives the specific path to improve the qualityand efficiency of university archival work under the background of the "three-in-one" system from four aspects: reaching a broadconsensus, reducing work burden, enhancing archives awareness and improving archives status.
