摘要
党的二十大报告强调中国式现代化是共同富裕的现代化,要着力推进全体人民共同富裕。文章从互联网基础资源和互联网资源应用两个维度出发,构建相关指标体系并利用熵值法测算了反映地区互联网综合发展水平的互联网综合发展指数,在此基础上实证检验了互联网综合发展对城乡共同富裕的影响。研究发现:(1)2003年以来中国互联网综合发展指数呈显著上升趋势,省市发展差距在不断缩小;(2)互联网综合发展能够赋能城乡共同富裕目标,但这种赋能效应的区域异质性并不明显;(3)农业全要素生产率提升和产业结构升级是互联网赋能城乡共同富裕的重要传导机制;(4)互联网综合发展存在显著的空间正外部性,能有效改善相邻地区的城乡收入差距。最后,根据研究结论提出相关对策建议。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the concept of Chinese-style modernization as synonymous with the modernization of common prosperity.It stressed the need to actively promote common prosperity for all citizens.This paper focuses on two dimensions of Internet development:Internet basic resources and Internet resource application.It establishes a pertinent index system and employs the entropy method to measure the Internet comprehensive development index,reflecting the regional level of Internet development.Building on this,the study empirically tests the impact of comprehensive Internet development on the common prosperity of urban and rural areas.The results reveal that:(1)Since 2003,China's comprehensive Internet development index has displayed a significant upward trend,concurrently witnessing a narrowing development gap between provinces and cities.(2)The comprehensive development of the Internet can contribute to the goal of common prosperity between urban and rural areas,although the regional heterogeneity of this enabling effect is not particularly evident.(3)The improvement of agricultural total factor productivity and the upgrading of the industrial structure serve as crucial transmission mechanisms for the Internet to empower common prosperity in urban and rural areas.(4)Significant positive spatial externalities in the comprehensive development of the Internet effectively reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas in adjacent regions.In conclusion,based on the research conclusions,this paper presents relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
