摘要
目的:观察加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变(type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,T2DPN)的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年2月至2022年2月于洛阳市中医院内分泌科治疗的T2DPN患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予硫辛酸片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸治疗。观察两组治疗前后多伦多临床评分系统(tronto clinical scoring system,TCSS)评分、空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 hPG)、感觉神经传导速度(sensory-nerve conduction velocity,SCV)、运动神经传导速度(motor-nerve conduction velocity,MCV)变化情况及临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后TCSS评分、FPG、2 hPG均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SCV、MCV均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为86.00%,对照组有效率为80.00%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸治疗T2DPN能改善患者周围神经病变的临床症状,提高神经传导速度,改善血糖水平。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Supplemented Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five Substances Decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(T2DPN).Methods:A total of 100 patients with T2DPN who were treated in the Department of Endocrinology of Luoyang Hospital of TCM from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Lipoic Acid Tablets,while the observation group was added with Supplemented Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five Substances Decoction combined with warming needle moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The changes of Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS) score,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),sensory-nerve conduction velocity(SCV),motor-nerve conduction velocity(MCV) before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the TCSS score,FPG and 2 hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the SCV and MCV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the effective rate of the observation group was 86.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Astragalus and Cinnamon Twig Five Substances Decoction combined with warming needle moxibustionin the treatment of T2DPN can improve the clinical symptoms of peripheral neuropathy,increase nerve conduction velocity and improve blood glucose level.
