摘要
数字经济视角下构建“双融”的跨境电商人才培养模式对于完善社会人才结构、促进电商产业发展具有积极的影响,需要优化跨境电商人才培养水平、完善跨境电商人才培养模式。结合已有研究,探讨跨境电商人才培养的必要性,分析当前人才培养存在的问题,结合实际教学案例进行实证分析,提出构建产教融合、专创融合、赛教融合、课证融合、课思融合五个“双融”的人才培养模式,推动跨境电商人才培养质效提升。
The construction of a cross-border e-commerce talent training mode of"double integration"from the perspective of the digital economy has a positive impact on improving the structure of social talents and promoting the development of the e-commerce industry,and it is necessary to optimize the level of cross-border e-commerce talent training and improve the cross-border e-commerce talent training mode.This paper firstly discusses the necessity of cross-border e-commerce talent training and the current problems of talent training in the light of existing research,and then conducts empirical analysis with actual teaching cases,arguing that a talent training model with five"double integration"should be built,namely,industry-education integration,specialization-creation integration,competition-education integration,class-evidence integration and class-thinking integration,to promote the quality and efficiency of cross-border e-commerce talent training.The quality and effectiveness of e-commerce talent training should be improved.
