摘要
采用熵值法、全局DEA-CCR模型、全局DEA-BCC模型和VAR模型科学测度2011—2021年中国数字建设水平和科技创新效率,并检验两者的动态关系。研究结果表明:我国数字建设与科技创新效率整体均呈良好发展态势,在此过程中,数字建设能够有效促进科技创新效率提升,但科技创新效率的提升却会催生数字建设惰性,并且地区间存在明显差异性。研究结论揭示了数字建设与科技创新效率间的互动作用关系,对于当前建设数字强国与科技强国具有启示意义。
This paper uses entropy method,global DEA-CCR model,global DEA-BCC model and VAR model to evaluate China's digital construction level and efficiency of scientific and technological innovation from 2011 to 2021,and tests the dynamic relationship between them.The results show that China's digital construction and efficiency of scientific and technological innovation are in a good development trend as a whole.In this process,digital construction can effectively promote the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation,but the improvement of the efficiency scientific and technological innovation will lead to the inertia of digital construction,and there are obvious differences between regions.The research conclusion reveals the interactive relationship between digital construction and the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation,which has enlightenment significance for building a digital power and a scientific and technological power at present.
