基于Voronoi多面体的泡沫铝准静态压缩仿真

摘要 使用Voronoi多面体模拟闭孔泡沫铝的孔隙结构。采用平面Voronoi多边形的扫描线法,研究了三维空间内Voronoi多面体的生成方法。利用双向链表构成的数据结构存储有限空间范围内受已知分布基点控制的Voronoi多面体的顶点、棱边和壁面信息。利用Abaqus完成包含闭孔泡沫铝结构的准静态压缩过程数值仿真;使用Abaqus的二次开发接口生成符合部件外形要求的Voronoi多面体结构;通过调整Voronoi多面体的基点分布,生成具有不同Voronoi胞元分布的泡沫铝结构模型。使用面单元完成结构的有限元网格划分,在相同单元属性、边界约束和求解参数条件下,完成多次计算。数值仿真计算表明,作者采用Voronoi多面体生成方法可以在Abaqus中模拟闭孔泡沫铝结构;在压缩硬化阶段,尽管宏观作用力差别不大,但是胞格不同分布引起的能量时间历程的较大偏差预示了泡沫铝硬化过程具有特异性。 Voronoi polyhedron was used to simulate the pore structure of close aluminum foams.Based on the sweep line method of Voronoi polygons in planar,the generation method of Voronoi polyhedron in three-dimensional space is studied.A bidirectional linked list structure is used to store the vertices,edges and faces of Voronoi polyhedron controlled by specific distribution points in a finite space.The numerical simulation of quasi-static compression process with aluminum foams was completed based on Abaqus.The Python Develop Environment of Abaqus was used to generate the Voronoi polyhedron structure conforming to the component shape requirements.By adjusting the base point distribution of Voronoi polyhedron,the aluminum foam model with different Voronoi cell distribution was generated.The meshing of the structure is completed by using surface elements,and multiple calculations are completed under the same element attributes,boundary constraints and solving conditions.The simulation results show that the Voronoi polyhedron generation method developed in this paper can simulate the aluminum foams in Abaqus.Although the difference of macroscopic forces is not significant,the large deviation of energy time course caused by different lattice distribution indicates the specificity of aluminum foam hardening process.
