摘要
针对楼面升降板处施工出现的构件表面麻面、掉皮、起砂、沾污,构件缺棱掉角、棱角不直、尺寸偏差大、胀模、降板高度不一致等质量问题,研发了一种结构简单、安全快捷、周转使用的“榫接式方钢组合模板”,用于施工现场楼面升降板处支模施工,现场施工时可通过榫接方式直接拼装,提高了施工效率,降低了施工成本,拆模后混凝土观感质量好,为类似工程积累了经验。
In response to the quality problems of component surface pitting,peeling,sanding,staining,component missing edges and corners,angular deviation,large dimensional deviation,formwork expansion,and inconsistent drop height at the floor lifting board during construction,a"mortise-type square steel composite formwork"with simple structure,safety,fast turnover and use is developed for use in formwork construction at the floor lifting board on the construction site.During on-site construction,it can be directly assembled by mortising,which improves construction efficiency and reduces construction costs.After formwork removal,the concrete appearance quality is good,which accumulates experience for similar projects.
