摘要
传统装配式工业建筑施工需搭设大量支撑架,施工速度慢、建造成本高,尤其是对于大跨度、高层建筑的高支模施工,安全风险系数大。为克服上述缺陷,基于零支架设计理念,创新了一种现浇节点建造技术,包括柱脚节点、梁柱节点及主次梁节点三大部分。结合具体实例对其施工方法进行论述,并结合数值模拟方法进行受力分析,研究结果表明:该技术在满足结构连接性能要求,保障工程整体质量的同时,实现了现场的零支架施工,快速化建造,极大地降低了施工成本。
Traditional prefabricated industrial building construction requires the erection of a large number of support frames,resulting in slow construction speed and high construction costs,especially for high-rise buildings with large spans and high-rise buildings.The safety risk coefficient is high.To overcome the above shortcomings,based on the concept of zero support design,an innovative cast-in-place node construction technology is proposed,including three parts:column foot nodes,beam-column nodes,and primary and secondary beam nodes.The construction method is discussed with specific examples,and the force analysis is conducted using numerical simulation methods.The research results show that this technology not only meets the structural connection performance requirements and ensures the overall quality of the project,but also achieves zero-support construction on site,rapid construction,and greatly reduces construction costs.
