摘要
以上海市天然气管网越江隧道为工程背景,进行沼气泄漏场景下超长距离小直径越江隧道的疏散安全分析。首先,利用FDS软件分析管片衬砌接缝处发生沼气泄漏时主要气体成分在隧道内的扩散变化规律和沼气泄漏危险性。随后,采用创新的人员疏散仿真算法,在设置安全舱的情况下,模拟和分析盾构施工人员在沼气泄漏场景下的疏散过程。最后,基于疏散模拟结果,进行施工人员的安全和健康状态分析,评估人员疏散的安全性。研究结果对沼气泄漏下超长距离小直径越江隧道人员疏散的安全性评估和保障措施制定,具有一定参考价值。
Taking the natural gas pipeline network tunnel crossing the Yangtze River in Shanghai as the engineering background,an evacuation safety of the ultra-long distance and small diameter tunnel crossing the Yangtze River under the scenario of biogas leakage is analyzed.Firstly,using the FDS software,the diffusion change law of the main gas components in the tunnel and the risk of biogas leakage at the joint of the segment lining are analyzed.Subsequently,an innovative evacuation simulation algorithm is adopted to simulate and analyze the evacuation process of the shield construction personnel under the scenario of biogas leakage with the setting of a safety cabin.Finally,based on the evacuation simulation results,the safety and health status of the construction personnel are analyzed to evaluate the safety of personnel evacuation.The research results have certain reference value for the safety assessment and safeguard measures formulation of personnel evacuation in the ultra-long distance and small diameter tunnel crossing the Yangtze River under the scenario of biogas leakage.
