摘要
目的:分析皮肤科的临床护理教学中应用服务性学习模式对护生的影响。方法:将2020年8月至2021年8月皮肤科护生75例作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与观察组,常规组护生实施常规带教方法,观察组护生接受服务性学习模式,比较两组护生考核成绩、学习指标、皮肤科知识掌握程度、职业自我效能感、对带教效果的综合评价。结果:观察组护生考核成绩高于常规组护生,P<0.05;观察组护生学习指标评分高于常规组护生,P<0.05;观察组护生皮肤科知识掌握程度高于常规组护生,P<0.05;观察组护生职业自我效能感高于常规组护生,P<0.05;观察组护生对培训效果的综合评价高于常规组护生,P<0.05。结论:服务性学习模式能够提高护生知识掌握情况及操作技能评分,值得临床将其广泛应用。
Objective:To analyze the influence of service-based learning model in clinical nursing teaching in dermatology.Method:A total of 75 nursing students in dermatology from August 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into routine group and observation group,routine group nursing students implementated routine teaching method,observation group patients accept service-based learning mode,and compared the assessment scores,learning indicators,mastery of dermatology knowledge,professional self-efficacy and comprehensive evaluation of the teaching effect of the nursing students in the two groups.Results:Assessment scores of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in conventional group,P<0.05;The learning index score of nursing students in observation group was higher than that in conventional group,P<0.05;The degree of dermatology knowledge of nursing students in observation group was higher than that in conventional group,P<0.05;The occupational self-efficacy of nursing students in observation group was higher than that in conventional group,V0.05;The comprehensive evaluation of training effect of nursing students in observation group was higher than that in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The service-based learning mode can improve the knowledge mastery and operation skill score of students,which is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
