摘要
目的:探究术后康复运动指导配合饮食干预用于冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后二级防护中的应用效果。方法:选本院2020年1月至2021年7月期间96例冠心病患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各48例,均接受PCI治疗及常规护理,在此基础上分别实施饮食干预、饮食干预联合术后康复运动指导,术后随访6个月,比较两组患者护理前后心肺功能指标[左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、不良心脏事件发生率及生活质量。结果:护理后观察组LVEDd、LVESd水平低于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良心脏事件发生率为,低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组中国心血管病人生活质量(CQQC)量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病PCI术后二级防护中,应用术后康复运动指导配合饮食干预,可改善其心肺功能,降低心脏不良事件发生率,改善其生活质量,效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of postoperative rehabilitation exercise guidance combined with dietary intervention in secondary protection after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 96 patients with coronary heart disease in the Hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,48 cases in each group,all received PCI treatment and routine nursing.On this basis,diet intervention,diet intervention combined with postoperative rehabilitation exercise guidance were implemented respectively,and the patients were followed up for 6 months after the operation.To compare the cardiopulmonary function indicators[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESd),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],incidence of adverse cardiac events,and quality of life.Results After nursing,the levels of LVEDd and LVESd in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiac events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Cardiovascular quality of life(CQQC)scale score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the secondary protection of coronary heart disease after PCI,the application of postoperative rehabilitation exercise guidance combined with dietary intervention can improve the cardiopulmonary function,reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events,and improve the quality of life.The effect is significant.
