摘要
为研究燃煤电厂脱硫石膏(CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O)的综合利用,以硅酸盐水泥掺量(因素A)、高铝水泥掺量(因素B)、脱硫石膏掺量(因素C)为三因素,各因素选取三水平进行L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验,以粉煤灰作为辅助调整组分,配成胶凝材料,制作40mm×40mm×160mm胶砂试件,检测试件3d、14d、28d膨胀量及强度,研究脱硫石膏掺量对水泥石的膨胀及强度影响。结果表明,脱硫石膏能不同程度对水泥石强度造成影响;脱硫石膏与高铝水泥掺量和占胶凝材料总量不宜大于20%,且脱硫石膏掺量小于高铝水泥掺量时对水泥石强度影响较小。
In order to study the comprehensive utilization of desulfurized gypsum(CaSO_(4)·2H_(2)O)in coal-fired power plants,three levels of content of Portland cement(factor A),high-aluminum cement(factor B)and desulphurized gypsum(factor C)are selected in L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test.Fly ash is used as an auxiliary adjustment component,and 40mm×40mm×160mm mortar specimens are prepared for test of the expansion and strength at 3-day,14-day and 28-day.The influence of desulphurized gypsum content on the expansion and strength of cement paste is studied.The results show that desulphurized gypsum can affect the strength of cement paste.The optimal content of desulphurized gypsum and high-aluminum cement should not exceed 20%of total cementitious materials,and the content of desulphurized gypsum should be less than the high-aluminum cement.
