摘要
凝血因子Ⅺ主要通过接触反应参与内源性凝血过程。然而,现阶段的研究表明,凝血因子Ⅺ的作用可能主要表现在病理性血栓的生长和扩大过程中,在生理性止血过程中的作用相对较小,用作抗凝治疗的新靶点,会表现出与目前常用的抗凝剂同样的抗凝效果,和更好的安全性。这意味着,凝血因子Ⅺ可能在临床应用中具有更广阔的前景。另外,新近的一项研究提示,抑制或减少F11基因表达可能会对心肌炎症反应产生抑制作用,并可能延缓心肌纤维化的进程,进一步改善射血分数保留性心衰的临床症状。这些都说明凝血因子Ⅺ在心血管疾病的治疗中具有潜在的应用价值。尽管目前的研究还处于初期阶段,但凝血因子Ⅺ作为未来心血管疾病治疗的新靶点,值得进一步深入研究和探索。本文分析了凝血因子Ⅺ在病理性血栓形成和生理性止血过程中的作用,强调了其在抗凝治疗中的潜力,以及其在心肌炎症和纤维化进程中的潜在治疗价值,并就Ⅺ因子在心血管疾病中的应用进行综述。
Coagulation factorⅪmainly participates in the endogenous coagulation process through contact reaction.However,the study at this stage shows that the role of coagulation factorⅪmay be mainly manifested in the growth and expansion of pathological thrombus,and the role in the physiological hemostasis process is relatively small,as a new target for anticoagulant treatment,it will show the same anticoagulant effect and better safety with the currently commonly used anticoagulants.This means that coagulation factorⅪmay have a broader prospect in clinical application.In addition,a recent study suggests that inhibiting or reducing F11 gene expression may inhibit myocardial inflammatory response,delay the process of myocardial fibrosis,and further improve the clinical symptoms of ejection fraction preserved heart failure.All these indicate that coagulation factorⅪhas potential application value in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Although the current research is still in the early stages,coagulation factorⅪ,as a new target for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the future,deserves further research and exploration.This article analyzes the role of coagulation factorⅪin pathologic thrombosis and physiological hemostasis,emphasizes its potential in anticoagulation therapy,and its potential therapeutic value in myocardial inflammation and fibrosis,and reviews the application of FⅪin cardiovascular diseases.
