摘要
目的探讨中医手法按摩在冠心病患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术中的应用效果研究。方法采用方便抽样法将352例患者分为中医手法按摩组和对照组,对照组采用常规冠状动脉介入治疗术护理,中医手法按摩组术前采用中医手法按摩,比较两组患者术前焦虑、血压、心率、生活质量及术后不良事件发生情况。结果与对照组相比,中医手法按摩组患者冠状动脉介入术前焦虑明显缓解(P<0.01),血压、心率、生活质量无变化(P>0.05),术后不良事件发生率降低(P<0.01)。结论中医手法按摩应用于冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术安全、有效,在维持患者血压、心率稳定,生活质量不降低的情况下,可缓解冠心病患者的术前焦虑,降低术后不良事件发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine massage in percutaneous coronary intervention of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 352 patients were divided into observation group and control group by convenient sampling method.The control group received conventional coronary intervention care while the observation group received Traditional Chinese Medicine massage.Preoperative anxiety,blood pressure,heart rate,quality of life and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In observation group,patients'anxiety was significantly relieved after intervention(P<0.01),and there was no change in blood pressure,heart rate and quality of life(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was significantly decreased after coronary intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with coronary heart disease treated by Traditional Chinese Massage is safe and effective.Under the condition that the blood pressure and heart rate of patients are stable and the quality of life is not reduced,the preoperative anxiety of patients with coronary heart disease can be alleviated and the incidence of postoperative adverse events can be reduced.
