花球啦啦操训练对小学生身心健康的影响研究

摘要 目的:探讨16周花球啦啦操训练对小学生身心健康的影响效果,为少年儿童身心健康干预提供参考。方法:在小学招募参与啦啦操社团训练的学生24人(实验组),无啦啦操训练经历的学生24人(对照组),实验前后分别测试其身高、体重、BMI、肺活量、50米跑、坐位体前屈、一分钟跳绳、一分钟仰卧起坐及小学生心理健康评定量表(MHRSP)指标。结果显示:干预前实验组与对照组在体质健康与心理健康各指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05);干预后比较发现,实验组与对照组学生在肺活量(F=0.161,P=0.049)、50m跑(F=0.869,P=0.039)、情绪障碍(F=0.699,P=0.006)、社会适应障碍(F=7.492,P=0.030)、不良习惯(F=16.068,P=0.009)和行为障碍(F=7.040,P=0.008)指标达到显著性差异或非常显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。经过为期16周花球啦啦操训练后,实验组学生的身高、体重、肺活量、50m跑、坐位体前屈、一分钟跳绳、一分钟仰卧起坐以及情绪障碍、社会适应障碍、不良习惯和行为障碍均具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)和明显改善,对特种障碍(P=0.037)因子存在显著性差异(P<0.05);另外还提高了小学生的肺活量、50跑、坐位体前屈、一分钟跳绳和一分钟仰卧起坐体质健康测试的成绩等级;而BMI、学习障碍、性格缺陷、品德障碍四项在花球啦啦操训练加入后,并没有明显提升(P>0.05);前后对照组学生在身高、体重、一分钟跳绳项目有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)以及在50m跑项目上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。研究结论:花球啦啦操训练有效提高了小学生心肺能力、速度素质、柔韧素质、协调素质、力量素质等体质健康及心理健康水平,是一项值得在小学阶段体育课后服务活动中持续开展的体育运动项目。 The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of 16-week flower ball cheerleading training on the physical and mental health of primary school students,and to provide reference for the physical and mental health intervention of children.Methods:24 students were recruited from primary schools to participate in cheerleading club training(experimental group),and 24 students without cheerleading training experience(control group).Before and after the experiment,their height,weight,BMI,lung capacity,50 meter running,stting forward bending,one minute jump rope,one minute sit ups,and MHRSP were tested.The research results showed that there was no significant difference in physical and mental health indicators between the experimental group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05);After intervention,it was found that the experimental group and the control group students showed significant or very significant differences in lung capacity(F=0.161,P=0.049),50m running(F=0.869,P=0.039),emotional disorders(F=0.699,P=0.006),social adaptation disorders(F=7.492,P=0.030),bad habits(F=16.068,P=0.009),and behavioral disorders(F=7.040,P=0.008)indicators(P<0.05,P<0.01).After 16 weeks of flower ball cheerleading training,the experimental group of students showed significant differences(P<0.01)and improvements in height,weight,lung capacity,50m running,sitting forward bending,one minute rope skipping,one minute sit ups,as well as emotional disorders,social adaptation disorders,bad habits,and behavioral disorders.There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the factor of special disorders(P=0.037);In addition,the performance levels of primary school students in lung capacity,50 run,sit forward bending,one minute jump rope,and one minute sit up physical health tests were also improved;However,BMI,learning disabilities,personality defects,and moral disorders did not show significant improvement after the addition of flower ball cheerleading training(P>0.05);There were significant dfferences(P<0.01)in height,weight,and one mi
