摘要
目的调查首次全膝关节置换术患者治疗结果期望现状,分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、中文版特种外科医院膝关节置换患者期望调查表、简易疾病感知问卷、中文版多伦多述情障碍量表及简明生活质量量表对232例首次全膝关节置换术患者进行调查。结果首次全膝关节置换术患者治疗结果期望得分为(88.90±12.51)分;首次全膝关节置换术患者疾病感知、述情障碍、生活质量的得分均与患者治疗结果期望呈负相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、工作状态、疾病感知、述情障碍及生活质量是首次全膝关节置换术患者治疗结果期望的影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论首次全膝关节置换术患者治疗结果期望水平较高,医护人员应及时分析患者对治疗结果期望的影响因素,采取个性化措施引导患者树立合理的结果期望,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the status of expected outcome in patients with first total knee replacement and analyze its influ-encing factors.Methods The general data questionnaire,Chinese version of the Special Surgery Hospital Knee Replacement Patients Expec-tations Questionnaire,Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire,Chinese version of the Toronto Alexithymia Scale and MOS36-item Short Form Health Survey were used to investigate the patients with the first total knee replacement.Results The score of expected outcome was(88.90±12.51).The scores of disease perception,alexithymia and quality of life were negatively correlated with the expected outcome(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,degree of education,working status,disease perception,alexithymia and quality of life were the factors influencing expected outcome in patients with first total knee replacement(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The level of expected outcome in patients with first total knee replacement is relatively high.Medical staff should timely analyze the influencing factors of patients'ex-pectation of the treatment and take targeted measures to guide patients to establish reasonable expectation,so as to promote their recovery.
