摘要
营卫理论源于《黄帝内经》,营卫之气循环不休,发挥着温煦、营养、防御、调节等作用,与血管微循环的物质运输、体液调节、血液防御及内分泌调节等维持神经微环境稳态的功能颇为相似。若营卫亏虚,腠理失养,外风侵袭,邪客腠理,阳亏土湿,痰瘀内生,而成偏枯。营卫紊乱是血管微循环与神经微环境异常的理论基础,可从虚、风、痰、瘀角度分析脑卒中的病因病机。临证时可采用温阳和血、双补营卫的治法,代表方为桂枝乌苓汤。
The theory of Ying Wei originates from Huang Di Nei Jing.The Qi circulation of Ying and Wei is endless,playing a role in warmth,nutrition,defense,regulation and other functions.It is quite similar to the functions of material transportation,fluid regulation,blood defense,and endocrine regulation in vascular micro circulation to maintain the homeostasis of the neural micro environment.If there is deficiency in Ying and Wei,there would be a loss of nourishment in the meridians and invasion of external Wind.The invasion of pathogenic factors in the meridians,deficiency of Yang and Dampness in the Spleen,internal generation of Phlegm and blood stasis would cause hemiplegia.Therefore,the disorder of Ying Qi and Wei Qi is the theoretical basis for the abnormality of blood vessel micro circulation and neural micro environment.The etiology and pathogenesis of stroke can be analyzed from the perspectives of deficiency,Wind,Phlegm and blood stasis.In clinic,the treatment method of warming Yang to help with the harmony blood circulation as well as double tonifying Ying and Wei,in which the representative formula is Guizhi Wuling Decoction.
