法国“大学校”产教融合机制及其对行业特色高校的启示——以巴黎综合理工学院为例 被引量:1

The Integration Mechanism of Industry and Education in Grande Ecole in France and Its Implications for Industry-based Universities--Case Analysis Based on Ecole Polytechnique

摘要 深化产教融合可有效促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接。结合高等教育与工作世界协同理论和三螺旋理论建构产教融合协同理论,以法国“大学校”典型代表巴黎综合理工学院为案例,深入分析“大学校”产教融合机制,研究发现:第一,产教融合以创业型大学、知识型企业、创新型政府为主体;第二,产教融合以主体间松散耦合关系为基础;第三,不同主体相互作用,共同推进产教融合的实现。行业特色高校需明确产教融合主体角色,定位产教融合主体关系,发挥产教融合主体功能。 Deepening integration of industry and education is the key to promoting the connection between education chain,talent chain,and industrial chain.Combining the synergy theory of higher education and the world of working and the triple helix theory,the theory of industry education integration synergy is constructed.Take the Ecole Polytechnique,a typical representative of Grande Ecoles,as a case to analyze the mechanism of industry and education in universities.The findings are as follows:First,the integration of industry and education is dominated by entrepreneurial universities,knowledge-based enterprises,and innovative governments.Second,the integration of industry and education is based on the loose coupling relationship between subjects.Third,different subjects interact in the integration of industry and education and jointly promote the realization of integration.Therefore,industry-based universities need to clarify the main subjects of the integration of industry and education,position the relationship between different subjects and give full play to the main function of each subject.
