摘要
随着安全形势要求、人工成本、国外低成本煤炭的进口,国内煤矿运营成本不断增加。依托大佛寺煤矿成本管理体系,从成本管理能力、成本要素、企业竞争性需要3方面进行分析,总结出大佛寺煤矿成本管理提升,需要从安全管理体系完善,内部市场化体系建设,智能矿山建设,技能人才培养,灾害超前治理,施工工艺及劳动组织优化等方面进行细化,进一步压缩企业安全管理成本,从而提升企业员工工效,提高企业利润。
With the safety requirements,labor costs,and the import of low-cost coal from abroad,the operating costs of domestic coal mines are increasing.Based on the cost control system of Dafosi Mine,we analyze the cost control ability,cost elements and enterprise competitiveness needs,and conclude that improvement of the cost control of Dafosi Mine needs the mine to be refined and reformed from the aspects of improving safety management system,internal market-oriented construction,intelligent mine construction,skilled talent training,advanced disaster control and prevention,construction technique and labor organization optimization,so as to further reduce the cost of enterprise safety management,improve the ergonomics of enterprise employees,and boost enterprise profits.
