3D打印定制假体在骨科临床应用的问题

Issues of 3D-printed customized prostheses in orthopedic clinical applications

摘要 3D打印(3D printing)技术诞生于20世纪80年代,是依托于信息技术、精密机械及材料科学等多学科发展起来的尖端技术。3D打印技术是以计算机三维设计模型为蓝本,通过软件分层离散和数控成型系统,利用激光束、热熔喷嘴等方式将金属粉末、陶瓷粉末、细胞组织等特殊材料进行逐层堆积黏结,最终叠加成型,制造出实体产品的技术。目前该技术在工业设计、建筑、航空航天、医疗、教育等多领域获得越来越广泛的应用。 3D-printed customized prostheses have been widely accepted in orthopedic clinic,however,there are still many problems to be solved,including quick bone regeneration,long-term survival of prosthesis,mechanical strength of long segment prosthesis,and optimal bone conductivity of porous structures.Few studies have focused on the estimated volume of new bone in the prosthesis,and even fewer studies have optimized the spatial structure of the prosthesis support based on this target.Therefore,works based on bio-compatibility implant design for optimal bone growth still need to be explored.Effective cooperation among medical,engineering,and industrial sectors is further needed.
