摘要
薄壳山核桃果实富含不饱和脂肪酸和蛋白质,具有较高的营养价值,深受消费者喜爱。发展薄壳山核桃产业经济效益较高,发展前景广阔。本文总结了薄壳山核桃丰产栽培技术,包括选地建园、苗木选择、品种配置、整形修剪、水肥管理、土壤管理、病虫害防治等方面内容,以期为薄壳山核桃种植者提供参考。
Carya illinoinensis is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and protein and has high nutritional value,which is deeply loved by consumers.The development of Carya illinoinensis industry has high economic benefits and broad development prospects.This paper summarized the high yield cultivation techniques of Carya illinoinensis,including site selection and garden construction,seedling selection,variety configuration,shaping and pruning,water and fertilizer management,soil management,disease and pest control,etc.,so as to provide references for Carya illinoinensis growers.
