摘要
分析了某轮毂铸件垂直造型工艺砂孔缺陷问题,对比了浇口杯位置对冲砂问题影响。当浇口杯、直浇道和浇连冒口为垂直方向直线分布,铁水对冒口颈附近冲击较强,容易导致砂孔比例增加。通过铸型硬度分析,认为砂孔缺陷主要原因为模型结构导致冒口颈附近型砂强度偏低。通过优化模型工艺、提高局部型砂强度措施,最终解决了该产品砂孔问题。
The sand hole defect in vertical molding process of a wheel hub casting was analyzed,and the influence of sprue cup position on the sand problem was compared.When the sprue cup,the sprue and the sprue are distributed vertically,the hot metal has a strong impact on the neck of the sprue,which easily leads to an increase in the proportion of sand holes.Through mold hardness analysis,it is considered that the main reason of sand hole defects is the low strength of sand near the riser neck caused by the mold structure.By optimizing the model process and improving the strength of local sand,the sand hole problem of the product was finally solved.
