黄河流域工业水资源效率与经济协调发展特征及时空演变 被引量:2

Characteristics and Spatial-Temporal Evolution of Industrial Water Resources Efficiency and Coordinated Economic Development in the Yellow River Basin

摘要 揭示工业水资源效率与工业经济发展的耦合协调特征及时空演变规律,是实现黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的现实需求.利用考虑非期望产出的超效率EBM模型和基于熵权法的综合评价模型,分别测度黄河流域9省份以及上中下游的工业水资源效率及工业经济发展水平,然后运用耦合协调度模型探究两系统的耦合协调关系,最后通过莫兰指数进行空间自相关分析.结果表明:(1)2010-2019年黄河流域整体工业水资源效率高于工业经济发展水平,皆呈上游<中游<下游的空间递增分布格局,各省份差异显著.(2)两系统处于高级耦合状态,耦合协调度由中等协调进入良好协调阶段;各省份的耦合度和耦合协调度所处阶段不同,且耦合协调度总体存在显著的空间正相关,集聚类型多为高-高集聚和低-低集聚.(3)局部莫兰指数显示,高-高集聚区的具体构成最稳定,始终为山东省、河南省和山西省,使得耦合协调发展水平呈现出“强者恒强”的空间集聚特征.研究显示,黄河流域各区域应发挥比较优势实施差异化、特色化发展策略,通过科技赋能与环境规制提高工业水资源效率和工业经济发展水平;发挥高耦合协调度地区的示范带动作用及空间溢出效应,以区域互联互通互补促进要素流通,多措并举提升流域工业水资源利用与经济发展的协调性. Revealing the coupling coordination characteristics and spatiotemporal evolution rules of industrial water resources efficiency and industrial economic development is a practical need to achieve ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.The super-efficiency EBM model that considers undesired output and the comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight method are used to measure the industrial water resource efficiency and industrial economic development level of the nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin and the upper,middle and lower reaches.The coupling coordination model is used to explore the coupling coordination relationship between the two systems,and finally spatial autocorrelation analysis is performed through the Moran index.The results show that:(1)From 2010 to 2019,the overall industrial water resources efficiency of the Yellow River Basin is higher than the industrial economic development level,showing a spatially increasing distribution pattern in the upstream,middle and downstream,and the differences are significant in each province.(2)The two systems are in an advanced coupling state,and the degree of coupling coordination degree has entered a stage of good coordination from medium coordination.The coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of each province are at different stages.There is a significant positive spatial correlation in the overall coupling coordination degree.The agglomeration types are mostly high-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration.(3)The local Moran index shows that the specific composition of high-high agglomeration areas is the most stable,which is always Shandong,Henan and Shanxi.The final level of coupling and coordinated development shows the spatial agglomeration feature of‘the strong always get stronger’.The results show that the regions in the Yellow River Basin should implement differentiated and characteristic development strategies by by National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.12201235)utilizing
