摘要
对氧化镁进行热处理,自主研制出增稠剂LX86,然后加入到树脂糊中,利用模压工艺,制备片状模塑料(SMC),通过增稠剂种类和用量对SMC性能影响的对比实验,并对其进行了讨论。结果发现,增稠剂LX86为7份时,制备的SMC制品拉伸强度达到了68.2 MPa,拉伸弹性模量11.7 GPa,弯曲强度达到了151 MPa,弯曲弹性模量12.0 GPa,这4项性能为最大值。增稠剂LX86为8份时,固化收缩率为0.08%,增稠剂LX86为6份时,密度为1.86 g/cm^(3) ,这2项为最小值。增稠剂种类和用量对SMC制品的冲击韧性影响很大,对氧指数影响较小。较市售增稠剂,增稠剂LX86制备的SMC制品性能好,价格低廉,有效的降低了生产成本。
Thickening agent LX86 is developed independently throughing heat treatment with MgO,Then add it into the resin paste to preparate SMC by moulding process,By comparing and discussing the effects of content and type of thickening agent on the performance of SMC,The results show that the tensile strength is 68.2MPa,the tensile modulus is 11.7 GPa,the flexural strength is 151 MPa,the flexural modulus is12.0 GPa.When the thickening agent LX86 is seven phr.The performance of these four items is the maximum of the product of SMC.The curing shrinkage rate is 0.08%when the thickening agent LX86 is eight phr.The density is 1.86g/cm^(3) when the thickening agent LX86 is six phr.These two terms are the minimum.Effects of content and type of thickening agent on impelling strength is great and oxygen index is little of product of SMC.Compared with commercially available thickening agent,Product of SMC prepared by thickening agent LX86 have good properties,the price is low.And it effectively reduces the production cost.
