摘要
目的:探究补阳还五汤联合通心络胶囊治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者的应用效果。方法:选择2020年1月—2022年9月邹平市人民医院收治的气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者100例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗基础上给予补阳还五汤联合通心络胶囊,比较两组神经功能缺损程度评分、肢体运动功能、脑动脉平均血流速度。结果:治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分评分低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组,平均脑动脉血流速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者采取补阳还五汤联合通心络胶囊治疗后能够改善患者神经功能缺损程度及脑动脉血流速度,帮助患者肢体功能恢复,具有较好的临床应用效果。
Objective:To explore the application effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to Zouping People’s Hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of conventional western medicine.The neurological deficit score,limb motor function and mean blood flow velocity of cerebral artery were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the Fugl-Meyer score was higher than that of the control group,and the average cerebral arterial blood flow velocity was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis cerebral infarction,the treatment of tongyang and five decoctions combined with Tongxinluo capsules can improve the degree of neurological function defects and cerebral arterial blood flow velocity,help patients recover limb function,and have good clinical application effects.
