摘要
目的探讨胆囊切除术患者实施细致术前访视对其术前心理状态的影响。方法病历资料选取于2020年5月~2023年5月区间,入选对象为医院收治的胆囊切除术患者,共计入选50例,随机数字表法分组各25例,划分为对照组(接受常规术前访视)与观察组(接受细致术前访视);观察对比两组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、简明心境状态量表(profile of mood states,POMS)评分、术后恢复情况。结果访视后,两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组评分更低(P<0.05);访视前,两组POMS评分对比(P>0.05),访视后,两组疲乏、慌乱、紧张、愤怒评分均下降,精力、自尊感评分均升高,且观察组较对照组更优(P<0.05);较对照组,观察组术后下床活动时间、首次排气时间、住院时间均明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论细致术前访视的实施有利于改善胆囊切除术患者术前心境状态,消除焦虑、抑郁,促进术后早期康复。
Objective To explore the impact of meticulous preoperative visits on the psychological state of patients undergoing cholecystectomy.Methods Medical record data were selected from May 2020 to May 2023,with a total of 50 patients undergoing cholecystectomy admitted to the hospital.25 patients were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine preoperative visits)and an observation group(receiving detailed preoperative visits).Observe and compare the scores of self rating anxiety scale(SAS),self rating depression scale(SDS),profile of mood states(POMS),and postoperative recovery between two groups.Results After the visit,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group had lower scores(P<0.05).Before the visit,the POMS scores of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).After the visit,the scores of fatigue,panic,tension,and anger in both groups decreased,while the scores of energy and self-esteem increased.The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter postoperative activity time,first exhaust time,and hospitalization time(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of meticulous preoperative visits is beneficial for improving the preoperative mood of patients undergoing cholecystectomy,eliminating anxiety and depression,and promoting early postoperative recovery.
